I would go with Olympus product!! Usually Philips does pretty shitty/bad techinical products!!! Once I bought Philips MP3 player and it was just a pain in an ass: never worked properly, battery life was too short, didn’t show the quality of sound “full sound” and player restarted by itself!!!! The TVs of Philips are the same terrible quality!! I seriously believe Europeans need to stop producting any philips items!!! Terrible terrible brand!!! DO NOT BUY PHILIPS ANYMORE
@DJHey20 Thank you for the feedback! What is your email address? I will be more than happy to send information regarding a few options your way.
Thanks for posting this video.
I have the Olympus DS61 and use it to record important conversations. However, when I’m in a room where there may be background noise, it doesn’t pick up the other voices that well.
Is there an external microphone that I can by for it that’s light weight and has fantastic sound? And if so, which one would you recommend?
Thanks.
@mycamguy Thank you for the feedback and the great questions! The 360 Boundary Microphone is designed to work with the Philips Conference Recording System 955. Also, the 955 digital voice recorder does not have a microSD slot. Please call 877-838-4307 if we can be of further assistance. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you!
