The DS-2300/3300/4000 are more aimed at the single speaker market. They can do one-on-one interviews but we always recommend keeping those models an equal distance from each speaker. For the scenario where your speakers are close and far you would be better off looking at say the WS-311M in the WS series range or for best results the DS-30 .
