Simple digital recorder with rewind/tape over?
Does anyone know of a digital recorder that will rewind and record over a recording? The old panasonic mini-tape recorder that I have just ate a tape for the last time and I want something better. I tried going with an Olympus digital recorder recently, but went back to the mini-tape because I could not record/rewind/tape over. It only taped forward – no erase unless you erased the whole session. This must be something that is hard for digital to do? Is there a digital recorder that will do this? I use it for dictation only, not music or to tape classes, etc. Any suggestions?

Sony ICD-B300 Digital Voice Recorder. Only drawback I see is that there isn’t an usb port, so you can’t transfer it to your computer.
