I am starting to due walkthroughs for video games, and I tried using the AVS audio recorder, but it kept saying “AVS audio demo” over my voice. Is there any other softwear I can use?

you can try to use Extra Screen Capture Pro . it is best for game recording. I used this before, it gets the job done pretty well.
