I bought a Sony ICD-B300 digital voice recorder. I found out that it does not have a jack to get data out onto my computer (only can listen to it). I have a recording on the Sony DVR. I bought another digital voice recorder (Olympus WS-300M) and I want to know is it possible to transfer the recording via a headphone jack to headphone jack connection.

Transfering a recording from headphone jack to headphone jack is impossible they are both output ports.
It would be worth considering what ports are on these devices before you buy next time.
