Ok I bought a used sony icd-b7 recorder it didn’t come with instructions and I was wondering how I can transfer the recordings onto the computer. Would a male to male headphone jack work? I’ll use windows recorder to run it.

Your unit’s operating manual is available at:

Since it does not have a USB connector to connect it to a computer to download recorded content, you will have to connect a male-to-male audio headphone cable from the unit’s earphone jack to the Audio In jack of your PC. Then press Play on your recorder unit to playback the audio content on your PC.
